Rebasing Funding Manager manages user token deposits and withdrawals and handles the idle funds in the system.

This module allows for collective pooling of resources by multiple stakeholders for various funding mechanisms via the Logic Modules. It allows for setting base rules of deposits and withdrawals for the users.

Module Functionalities:

Deposit Tokens: Deposit tokens into the Funding Manager.

Deposit for Others: Deposit tokens on behalf of other addresses.

Withdraw Tokens: Withdraw tokens from the Funding Manager.

Withdraw to Specific Address: Withdraw tokens from the Funding Manager to a specified address.
